My experience spans over two decades in the publishing industry. I spent 9 years at Hodder, before taking the position of Marketing Director at Ebury Publishing.  I am a results-driven marketer who loves crafting creative campaigns that engage and delight audiences, whilst delivering measurable results, driving sales and generating bestsellers. 

I have defined and led Ebury’s marketing strategy for growing authors and brands, launching new imprints (WH Allen and Ebury Fiction), implemented global campaigns across almost every genre, collaborated on industry initiatives (including the nationwide Books Are My Bag campaign) and developed creative digital strategies to activate audiences. I believe in the power of reading and stories to enhance people's lives and enjoy using new technologies, consumer insight and data, social media, audio, creative design and immersive events to reach the widest possible audiences.

My areas of personal passion include Cookery, Memoir, Autobiography, Lifestyle, Personal Development, Psychology and Fiction.
